Before you play

Waivers

Every coach and every student/player must have a signed waiver on file before stepping on the court.

Sign the waiver
Who needs to sign

One waiver per person

Whoever books a rental is responsible for making sure everyone in their group is covered. That includes:

  • Coaches who run practices or sessions during a rental
  • Students and players of every age — a parent or guardian signs for minors
  • Anyone else participating on the courts, including party guests who play
New players or coaches? Have them sign before their first visit. No waiver, no play.

How it works

  1. Book your rental online.
  2. Share the waiver link with your coach and every player in your group.
  3. Each person signs online (parents/guardians sign for anyone under 18). It only takes a couple of minutes.
  4. Show up and play. Signed waivers stay on file [VALIDITY PERIOD TBD, e.g. 1 year].
