Waivers
Every coach and every student/player must have a signed waiver on file before stepping on the court.
Who needs to sign
One waiver per person
Whoever books a rental is responsible for making sure everyone in their group is covered. That includes:
- Coaches who run practices or sessions during a rental
- Students and players of every age — a parent or guardian signs for minors
- Anyone else participating on the courts, including party guests who play
New players or coaches? Have them sign before their first visit. No waiver, no play.
How it works
- Book your rental online.
- Share the waiver link with your coach and every player in your group.
- Each person signs online (parents/guardians sign for anyone under 18). It only takes a couple of minutes.
- Show up and play. Signed waivers stay on file, and you get a PDF copy right after signing.

Renters
Court rental agreement
Booked a court rental by phone or in person instead of through online scheduling? The person renting the court needs to sign our Court Rental Agreement (payment, cancellation, coach responsibilities and court rules) before the rental. It takes about 2 minutes, and you get a PDF copy right after signing.
This is in addition to the waiver — every player and coach still needs their own signed waiver.
