Who we are

Acceptance

By using this website, booking a rental, or using our facility, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Facility use & rentals

We rent indoor and outdoor courts and event space by reservation. Use is limited to the booked time, space, and group size. Rental-specific rules in your signed Court Rental Agreement also apply.

Booking & payment

• A booking is held only once we confirm it. If you pay by Venmo, your time is held pending our confirmation of payment.
• When online card payment is enabled, payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• No refunds are offered unless we are unable to accommodate your reservation. In some cases a credit for future use may be issued (see below).

Cancellations & credits

To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone/text or email at least 48 hours before your rental for a credit toward future use. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental do not receive a credit.

Waivers required

Every participant must have a signed liability waiver on file before using the facility. Participants under 18 need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. You can sign online on our Waivers page.

Conduct & safety

• Follow posted rules and staff instructions, and use equipment as intended.
• Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• No illegal drugs, weapons, or unsafe or disruptive behavior. We may end a rental without refund for violations.

Property damage

The renter is responsible for damage to the facility, equipment, or property caused by their group or guests, beyond normal wear and tear, and agrees to pay reasonable repair or replacement costs.

Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

Sports and recreational activities carry inherent risk of injury. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Shepherd’s Ranch Sports Club, GrayRock Meridian, and their owners and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your or your guests’ use of the facility or violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Text & email communications

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive transactional messages from Shepherd’s Ranch Sports Club / GrayRock Meridian about your bookings and account, including sign-in codes, confirmations, and reminders. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can always book by contacting us directly.

Intellectual property

Site content, photos, names, and logos belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version, which applies to bookings made after that date.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Comal County, Texas.
